Guocera, Malaysia's leading ceramic tile manufacturer and industry pioneer, has reached another milestone in its colourful company history when it was awarded the prestigious Industry Excellence Awards 2007 in the categories of Excellence Export (Merchandise) 2007 and Excellence (Brand) 2007 by The Ministry of International Trade & Industry (MITI) on 27th May 2008.

  

 

The Export Excellence Award recognises companies who managed to penetrate the export market with much success while the Brand Excellence Award is a special recognition to companies who have developed and promoted a Malaysian brand to international standards.

"We are proud to receive these awards as it means that our company is recognised for its accomplishments in the international export market as well as its recognition as an established international brand, trusted and preferred by many. We are the only company that clinched both the awards." said Guocera Holdings Sdn Bhd Managing Director, Richard Ng.

Many companies were reviewed but Guocera clinched both the awards as the company excelled in the various criteria set by MITI such as product development, export performance, market penetration, brand strategy, marketing plans and brand recognition.
