How do I PURCHASE INMAGINE e-Pass(es)?

1.            Browse through INMAGINE Collection and shortlist the tiles that catch your eyes.

2.            Click Dresid link here to purchase INMAGINE e-passes.

3.            Add the desired quantity and proceed with checkout.

Note: The INMAGINE e-Pass shall be sent to your email address after the payment is successful within 1 business day. (Please check your "Spam" folder or "Junk email" folder to make sure that our email has not been filtered out)

How do I REDEEM INMAGINE e-Pass(es)

1.            Head over to Guocera Concept Gallery in PJ to redeem the e-Pass(es).

2.           Show the email of your INMAGINE e-Pass(es) together with the unique code at payment.

3.           Complete purchase of the selected INMAGINE Collection and enjoy the discount.

Terms & Condition:

     1.            The e-Pass(es) are available for purchase until 31 December 2021.

    2.              Purchases are tracked by the unique e-pass code.

    3.             The e-Pass(es) is valid for all INMAGINE first-grade products.

    4.             The e-Pass(es) are not applicable for promotions, discounted items and transportation fees.

    5.             The e-Pass(es) can ONLY be redeemed in Guocera PJ Concept Gallery.

    6.             The stocks are subject to availability and based on a first-come-first-served basis.

    7.             If the total purchases exceeded the e-Pass(es) face value, cash top-up may apply based on listed RRP prices.

    8.            The e-Pass(es) is activated on the day of purchase and is to be redeemed before 31 January 2022.

    9.            Entitled an extra 10% discount for other first-grade porcelain collections only.

    10.        Transportation charges may apply.

    11.        The delivery lead time is 3-5 working days. (Maximum delivery period is up to 45days from the e-Pass redemption date (*Delivery time       frame and related matter are subject to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) set by Government).

    12.       There is no limit on the number of e-Passes each customer can purchase.

    13.       There is no limit on e-Passes to be redeemed each time.
